🚐 ILLINOIS- 4th STOP 🚩

What an amazing day! We had a quick drive from our campground in Indiana Dunes to Chicago. We dropped off the RV in the McCormick Place lot, and headed over to The Skydeck. Aunt Claire and Uncle Dave met us at the Willis Tower for non-stop Chicago fun!

I was terrified to step out in the observation deck, the rest of my family was not.  The kids were laying down, laughing, jumping- I was trying to rationalize standing on a piece of glass 1,353 feet above the ground. In the end, the views were incredible, and the pictures are pretty awesome too! It may have been worth the ten years I inevitably lost off my life.

We walked through the city and headed towards Navy Pier for a Seadog ride- a Chicago Lakefront Speedboat Tour.  This was a blast, and the pefect way to beat the heat.  

A few more stops along the way and a rickshaw ride to snap a photo with Cloud Gate, "the bean." Dinner, fireworks, Hamilton on Disney+ . . . Claire, Dave, and Cheddar were the best hosts- we're coming back to do it all over again soon! XO
